Education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Facilities Management Industry experience
Knowledge Business Development & dealing with Premium Properties in Hospitality, Retail, FMCG etc..
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strategic planning and forecasting abilities
Pleasing personality
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies will be preferred
