The ideal candidate will be responsible for
driving large-scale business growth
, developing high-value client relationships, and securing major projects to expand the company's market presence in the Facade and PEB segments.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure large-scale facade and PEB projects across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
Develop and execute long-term business strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Generate high-value leads through networking, industry associations, government bodies, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Understand client requirements and provide strategic technical and commercial solutions.
Drive client satisfaction to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the facade and PEB industry.
Provide management with insights for pricing strategies, tender submissions, and business proposals.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and estimation teams to prepare competitive and technically sound proposals.
Provide inputs for design optimization, value engineering, and cost-effective solutions.
Ensure technical and commercial compliance in all tenders and bids.
Lead high-value contract negotiations with clients and key stakeholders.
Oversee the full sales cycle--from strategic lead generation to project acquisition and successful handover.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management (MBA preferred).
25+ years of proven leadership experience in business development/sales within facades, PEB, or large-scale construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of facade systems (aluminum, glass, cladding, etc.) and PEB structures.
Exceptional industry network with developers, architects, consultants, and EPC contractors.
Outstanding negotiation, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills.
Strong understanding of project estimation, contracts, and tendering processes.
Ability to drive multi-crore business deals and mentor junior business development teams.
