Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Business Development Manager - Exports

to lead and expand the company's international business operations. The role focuses on identifying global market opportunities, developing export business, managing end-to-end export processes, and strengthening the company's brand presence in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement export business strategies to expand presence in international markets. Identify, evaluate, and onboard overseas clients, distributors, and channel partners. Manage complete export trade operations, including enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization. Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, logistics processes, INCOTERMS, and international payment terms. Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders. Represent the company at international trade exhibitions, conferences, and overseas client meetings. Strengthen and promote the company's brand presence across global markets. Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Prepare and present export performance reports and growth analysis to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Proven experience in export business development within manufacturing, industrial, or engineering sectors. Strong understanding of export trade processes, documentation, and international business practices. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities. Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability. Willingness to travel internationally as required for business development activities.
