Vacancy within the exports team for a company supplying sporting goods.
Requires assisting UK export team in quotation, order processing and order coordination.

THE ROLE REQUIRES DAILY COMMUNICATION WITH FOREIGN UK CLIENTS OVER EMAIL AND PHONE.
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS - FLUENT ENGLISH AND WRITING SKILLS REQUIRED.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide quotation to overseas customers over email (using in-house CRM system).
Process orders to prepare Order Confirmation & get customer approval.
Coordinate with client and production to ensure goods are dispatched as per client deadlines.
Follow-up with previous clients & new leads over email & phone for any potential orders/enquiries.
Working hours as per UK time 12:30pm to 8:30pm.
Office location- Old Delhi, Sadar Bazaar (Hybrid working offered on completion of probation period & training)- 4 days/week in office
REQUIRED
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
Ability to write/communicate over emails in English.
Basic understanding of Adobe design software (Illustrator/Photoshop) or willingness/interest to learn.
