Job Summary



We're looking for a passionate and driven

Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

to lead our growth in the

retail branding and exhibition sectors

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

corporate/B2B sales

, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Business Development:

Identify new leads, pitch services, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Sales & Marketing:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Client Servicing:

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

Industry Knowledge:

Stay updated with market trends, competition, and innovation in retail branding and events/exhibitions.

Team Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution.

Proposal Development:

Prepare impactful presentations, pitches, and quotations tailored to client needs.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and revenue projections.

Networking:

Represent Illuminati at industry events, expos, and conferences to build visibility and contacts.

Domain Expertise:

Understand technicalities and trends in

retail displays, branding rollouts

, and

event/expo activations

.

Requirements



Experience:

1-2 years in

sales/business development

within

retail branding

and/or

events & exhibitions

(Mandatory)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Skills:

Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills Industry networking and client relationship building Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and meet targets Knowledge of modular display systems is a plus
