Own the full sales cycle
- from client meetings, demo coordination, proposal negotiation, to final closure.
Identify client pain points
in operations, finance, inventory, or manufacturing, and pitch ERP modules accordingly.
Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to customize demos and solution presentations.
Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools, and regularly report activity and forecasts.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly).
Attend industry events and seminars to generate leads and represent the company.
Requirements
3-5 years
of proven experience in
field sales
of ERP/CRM/enterprise software
Strong understanding of sales cycles in
manufacturing, trading, or service sectors
Must have independently closed B2B deals
Excellent communication in
English and local languages
Strong business acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
Proven exposure to India & ME market
