Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Business Development Manager to drive business growth, build meaningful relationships, and represent our services in the elder-care ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for service, and a strategic mindset for market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Lead Generation
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, hospitals, and senior communities.
Conduct market research to study demand, service trends, and competitor offerings.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline of prospective residents and families.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Reach out to potential residents and families, understand requirements, and present suitable care solutions.
Conduct facility tours and information sessions to showcase services.
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, caregivers, doctors, and influencers.
3. Strategic Partnerships
Build collaborations with hospitals, senior physicians, rehabilitation centers, NGOs, and community health workers.
Coordinate with the Marketing team on campaigns, events, and awareness drives.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Track lead conversions, occupancy rates, and other key performance metrics.
Submit performance reports and insights to management with recommendations.
5. Brand Advocacy
Represent the organization at community events, seminars, health expos, and networking forums.
Demonstrate empathy, dignity, and respect in every interaction -- reflecting our brand values.
Experience :
1. Candidates with 2.5+ years of experience in the healthcare sector, OR
2. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in any field, who have recently completed an MBA in Healthcare or Marketing from reputable institutions such as Welingkar, NMIMS, Symbiosis, Somaiya, etc., and possess strong knowledge of marketing and lead generation through various channels.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate (Any Stream)

3. Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development (Hospitality, Healthcare,
4. Senior Care, or Service Industry preferred)
