Role Overview
As the Business Development Manager (BDM), you'll be the growth engine of Aero Minds -- identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding our service footprint across India.
You'll connect with colleges, Agri institutions, drone users, government departments, and corporate partners to accelerate Aero Minds' presence and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
? Develop and execute business growth strategies across regions
? Build partnerships with universities, agriculture boards, and rural entrepreneurs
? Drive sales, training enrolments, and AMC service contracts
? Identify new markets, clients, and revenue channels
closely
? Work with mobilisation, operations, and marketing teams for smooth execution
Who You Are
? 3-7 years' experience in Business Development / Sales / Agri-Tech / Ed-Tech / Drones / Renewable sectors
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
? Strong field presence -- willing to travel and meet clients regularly
? Self-motivated, results-driven, and growth-oriented
? Passionate about technology, sustainability, and rural transformation
