Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients within the domestic market, particularly in the services sector.
Should have experience selling in engineering domain probably selling engineering services
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Understand client needs and propose tailored service solutions aligned with IdeasEngg's capabilities.
Work closely with the internal teams (delivery, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless execution.
Maintain and regularly update CRM with leads, opportunities, client communications, and pipeline status.
Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the
services or consulting industry
.
Proven track record of domestic business development and client acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar tools).
Willingness to
travel frequently
for client meetings, industry events, and business development opportunities.
