Building a pipeline of high quality with recurring revenue
Identifying new sales opportunities
Developing long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and exceeding quarterly revenue and targets
Accelerating sales by engaging Founders, CxO(s) through well-developed sales engagement tools
Driving the development of account plans for larger clients
Hunting, leading, inspiring, and driving strategic initiatives for the targeted account
Qualifying opportunities, managing the RFP process, and closing business
Creating, maintaining, and executing a business plan for the assigned accounts with goals and objectives, based on opportunity and customer needs
Implementing marketing strategies by analyzing trends, market mapping, and competitor analysis effective decisions
Establishing key propositions in Client's offerings to the Decision makers with sales head
Gathering information on account through various tools and their investment strategy and planning for the upcoming years for participating in RFP
Leading pursuit marketing programs for large deals to define their value proposition and strengthen it with fitting marketing tactics to increase the probability
Demonstrating Digital Transformation solutions
Drawing overall business development approach and strategy based on customer expectations and business KPIs
Briefing teams on the details for advancing skill development and facilitating screening of candidates to enhance partner relationships
Taking bi-weekly/monthly status meetings to communicate account revenue growth
Executing corporate initiatives and industry events resulting in new business attraction
Capitalizing market opportunities by partnering with cross-functional teams to accelerate account growth
Leading product growth & expansion of connectivity portfolio
Working closely with internal business, operations and partnerships teams in launching and maintaining features that impact product growth
Driving market and usability research to understand opportunities and developing roadmap & strategy alongwith customer engagements for understanding the use-case and working with pre-sales for the best fit solution
Working closely with engineers, designers and other PMs on developing new features/specs and driving execution
Designing and implementing device accreditation programs to serve customers with improved product delivery processes, impact analysis, risk management and communication across the organization and fixing revenue leakage
Responsibility will also include operational improvements, RoI analysis, GTM, product value proposition, customer analytics
Liaisoning with Partners / Vendors for product roadmap and solutions
Analyzing feature/experiment results and communicating learnings to the team and the company
Creating Cost/Benefit modeling and business cases for large scale proposals
Go to Market (GTM) activities and creating proposal accelerators for driving efficiency
Running end-to-end sales cycle to meet revenue target
Coordinating with the Delivery team for smooth project delivery
Building and managing relationships to generate new business and closure
Ensuring the deliverables are of the highest quality with adherence to established technical standards
Desired Profile
EDUCATION
Any Technical Graduate/Post Graduate (B.Tech/B.E/MCA), MBA in Marketing is preferred
