Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with clients. They will oversee the sales process, analyze market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and markets for growth.
Set sales targets, track performance, and optimize strategies accordingly.
2. Team Management
Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support.
Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Analyze competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Gather customer feedback to improve products/services.
5. Sales Operations & Reporting
Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure smooth execution of deals.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for aligned strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business,
Proven experience in sales, preferably in [Business sales and sale development].
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in CRM.
