Key responsibilities:-



Opportunity identification:

Researching industry trends to identify new business opportunities and potential markets.

Lead generation:

Finding and attracting potential clients through various channels like networking, cold outreach, and industry events.

Relationship management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients and strategic partners.

Strategic planning:

Developing and implementing business growth strategies and sales plans.

Proposal and presentation:

Creating customized business proposals and presentations to showcase how the company's products or services can solve client needs.

Negotiation and closing:

Negotiating deals, contracts, and pricing to secure profitable agreements.

Internal collaboration:

Working with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment on business objectives.

Reporting:

Monitoring sales progress, tracking key performance indicators, and reporting on performance to senior management.

Required skills and qualifications:-



Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic and analytical thinking abilities. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Experience in sales and marketing is often required, with 3-5 years being common.
