We are seeking a

Business Development Executive

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives in the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients, partners, and referral sources. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase the firm's market presence and client base. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and client needs. Collaborate with attorneys to create tailored proposals, RFP responses, and marketing materials. Maintain and update CRM systems to track business development activities and client interactions. Plan and coordinate client events, networking opportunities, and sponsorship activities. Support digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media, and email campaigns. Prepare business development reports and performance metrics for management review.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or client relations (experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to generate leads and build long-term client relationships. Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
