Be ready to
travel for client meetings

Identify and pursue
new business opportunities
and strategic accounts
Handle
client escalations
, resolve issues, and maintain strong long-term relationships
Conduct
product demos
(beyond PowerPoint) showcasing technical features, integrations, and client benefits
Generate leads through

Convert qualified leads into paying customers through consultative sales techniques
Build and manage a healthy
sales pipeline
and keep CRM systems updated
Analyse market trends and
track competitors
to refine sales strategies
Lead
proposal creation, presentations, and budget discussions
with clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
Preferred candidate profile
2-5 years of experience in
B2B IT sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience interacting with
enterprise clients and top-level management
Willingness to travel frequently for in-person client meetings
Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation platforms
Ability to explain complex tech solutions in simple, client-friendly language
A proactive, go-getter attitude with a passion for sales and growth
