Key Responsibilities:
Identify, appoint and manage dealers/distributors across India.
Develop and execute strategies to grow the medical devices sales portfolio.
Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively promote and demonstrate equipment to dealers and end-users.
Build long-term relationships with key clients, channel partners and industry stakeholders.
Regular travel across regions to support and monitor dealer performance.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports and market analysis.
Conduct product training sessions for channel partners.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of medical devices or healthcare equipment.
Strong dealer/distributor network management experience (
PAN India preferred
).
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or related field.
