PMARK is a premium men's ethnic wear brand specializing in high-quality, handcrafted kurtas, sherwanis, and Indo-western outfits that blend tradition with contemporary style. We are rapidly expanding our footprint in domestic and international markets and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion.

Position Overview:


The

Business Development Manager

will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have an established network of buyers, distributors, and retail partners in the men's ethnic wear and fashion industry, along with a proven track record in generating sales and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and engage with potential domestic and international buyers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains. Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand the brand's presence in key markets. Leverage existing buyer networks to secure high-value orders and partnerships. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities in men's ethnic wear. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve profitability targets. Represent the brand at trade fairs, fashion exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets (both in India and abroad). Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to align product offerings with market demands. Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction. Track, analyze, and report sales performance and pipeline progress to management.

Requirements:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development in men's ethnic wear, apparel, or fashion export industry.

Proven network of domestic and international buyers in the ethnic wear/fashion sector. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business development activities. Deep understanding of export processes, fashion retail, and wholesale distribution. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred:



Experience working with luxury or premium ethnic wear brands. Familiarity with e-commerce business partnerships and online marketplaces.

Compensation:

Competitive salary + performance-based incentives + travel allowances.

Pay: ?14,942.85 - ?68,165.42 per month
