Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to accelerate our school's growth through forging impactful partnerships, enhancing enrollment pipelines, and strengthening our brand within the education community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of strategic growth plans to meet enrollment and partnership objectives--grounded in market research and competitive insight.
Identify and cultivate partnerships with parents, feeder schools, educational consultants, community organizations, and other stakeholders in the education space.
Represent the school at educational fairs, seminars, conferences, and community events to enhance visibility and engagement.
Align closely with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to ensure cohesion across outreach activities and messaging
Create and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to prospective partners and institutional stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enrollment leadership--preferably within education.
Demonstrated success in meeting growth targets and developing lasting client or institutional relationships.
