Pitch collaboration proposals, lead negotiations, and coordinate joint marketing activities with partners.
Represent Pacecourt at sports and industry events.
2. Prebid Meeting Participation
Attend Prebid meetings to promote Pacecourt as a brand in government tenders and build relationships with procurement officials.
3. Advertising & Promotions
Plan and execute advertising strategies across conventional and digital channels.
Oversee promotional activities, sponsorships, and branding efforts.
4. Market Development
Research regional and national market trends to identify new opportunities.
Generate leads from target segments and report on competitive analysis.
Provide regular updates and detailed reports on all marketing and collaboration activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development or institutional sales/marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet dealers and partners.
Proven ability in B2B relationship-building and closing collaborations.
Familiarity with sports flooring products or related industries is an advantage
Self-motivated, persuasive, and capable of independent work.
