Eminence Technology is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Direct Marketing to drive sales for both
IT products and IT services
. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, solution selling, and closing deals through
inside sales channels
(calls, emails, LinkedIn, online meetings).
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads through direct marketing, online platforms, and outbound activities
Promote and sell IT products (SaaS/Software) and IT services to domestic and international clients
Conduct client calls, virtual meetings, and product/service presentations
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams
Update and manage leads and sales activities in CRM
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in IT sales / BDM / Direct Marketing
Experience in product-based and/or service-based IT sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in
night shift for service sales
Strong target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Experience with international clients is a plus
