Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients.
Pitch and sell digital services:
SEO, PPC/Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Web Development, Automation
, etc.
Close deals independently
and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Lead, train, and guide a team of Business Development.
Conduct client meetings, demos, and negotiations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Maintain a strong, high-quality sales pipeline.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or IT service sales.
Experience in
team handling and performance management

Strong understanding of digital marketing services and client requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
