Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic
Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing
to drive new business acquisition, manage client relationships, and expand our digital services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling digital marketing solutions and achieving revenue targets in an agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels
Pitch digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, and Performance Marketing
Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet business targets
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized solutions based on client needs
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal strategy, marketing, and execution teams for smooth project delivery
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in business development or sales within a digital marketing agency
Strong understanding of digital marketing services and concepts
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
Preferred Skills
Experience handling domestic and international clients
Knowledge of proposal costing and solution-based selling
Familiarity with lead generation platforms and networking channels
