Relationship Management: Connect with key decision-makers (CFOs, CEOs) to understand their needs and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and stakeholders. Securing Mandates: Lead negotiations to secure debt syndication mandates and ensure clear communication with clients and internal teams. Fee Collection: Oversee fee collection after successful mandate delivery, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.- Collaboration with Partners and Senior Management: Work with management to define goals and align business development efforts.
