Job Description

Job Purpose:



To expand the company's dealer and retail network for modular kitchen products by identifying, visiting, and onboarding potential dealers across assigned cities and regions, ensuring consistent sales growth and strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Market Development



Conduct regular market visits to identify potential retail shops, dealers, and distributors for modular kitchen products. Develop and execute strategies to establish a strong dealer network in key cities.

2. Dealer Appointment & Relationship Management



Conduct regular visits to retail showrooms for brand visibility and product placement. Approach and pitch modular kitchen products to prospective dealers and retailers. Negotiate dealer terms (pricing, margins, credit policies, display support, etc.) within company guidelines. Complete dealer registration and documentation process. Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers to ensure consistent business and loyalty.

3. Sales & Target Achievement



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through dealer network expansion and retail sales growth. Monitor dealer performance and ensure timely order placement, delivery, and payment collection. Identify high-potential markets and plan focused sales activities.

4.Reporting & Coordination



Submit weekly and monthly visit reports highlighting new leads, dealer appointments, and market updates. Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for dealer support and order execution. Maintain an updated dealer database for assigned territories.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

3-8 years

of experience in

Business Development / Dealer Network / Channel Sales

. Experience in

modular kitchen, furniture, interior, building materials, or home decor industry

preferred. Strong understanding of retail and channel sales dynamics.

Key Skills & Attributes:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Willingness to travel extensively across assigned cities. Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated. Knowledge of local markets and dealer ecosystems.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
