Job Overview:
We are seeking a result-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in ISP and B2B Sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of IT and cyber security product sales. This role demands a high level of ownership, field engagement, and relationship management with enterprise clients and OEMs.
Key Responsibilities:
o Present and demonstrate company's IT/ISP products and services to potential clients
o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
o Focus on achieving immediate customer business outcomes
o Liaise extensively with OEMs, consultants, and enterprise clients
o Negotiate and close deals successfully
o Maintain and update customer database, sales funnel, and prospect list
o Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
o Provide mentorship and guidance to develop future sales team
o Maintain professional and timely communication
o Regular field visits and extensive travel as required
Requirements:
o Minimum 4 years of experience in IT/ISP B2B Sales
o Proven track record in Cyber Security & IT Product Sales.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Self-motivated with excellent time and task management
o Engineering or Technical background is an advantage
o Strong digital and computer operation proficiency
o Comfortable with fieldwork and extensive travel
