Job Description

Role Objective


Generate, manage, and close high-value corporate interior fit-out contracts in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new corporate clients, PMCs, and architects for interior fit-out projects. Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers (corporate real estate, admin, procurement). Prepare proposals, presentations, and RFP responses. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Work closely with the design & project teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.

Requirements



4-5 years of proven sales experience in

commercial interiors/fit-outs.

Strong network in Bangalore's corporate, PMC, and architect, Facility Heads, Builders Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Track record of achieving sales targets of ?50L+ projects. Self-driven and motivated to achieve results.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
