Role Overview:


We are seeking a

Business Development Manager - Cloud Communication Solutions

to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a strong interest in technology-driven communication solutions, and proven ability to build lasting B2B relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate, qualify, and convert new B2B leads through outbound calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn prospecting. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho. Engage decision-makers through discovery calls, consultative selling, and product demos. Identify opportunities in the SaaS, telecom, and IT sectors for cloud communication adoption. Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to refine sales playbooks. Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly revenue and performance targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation. Understanding of cloud-based communication tools, SaaS, or IT solutions. Strong communication and consultative selling skills with a B2B focus. Familiarity with email marketing and LinkedIn outreach is a plus. Hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho preferred. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a high-growth tech environment.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in SaaS, telecom, or software sales. Knowledge of sales funnel and pipeline management. Ability to evaluate sales metrics and optimize outreach strategies.
