is a Marathi newspaper based in Belgaum, India. It is the seventh largest selling marathi daily newspaper in the country. The paper has eight editions from locations in (Belgaum) North Karnataka, Southern Maharashtra (Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara), Konkan (Sindhudurg and Ratnagiri), Mumbai and Goa.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Distribution Management

? Plan and supervise daily newspaper distribution to vendors, agents, and subscribers.

? Ensure accurate bundling and routing of newspapers based on print schedules and circulation target destinations.

? Coordinate with logistics and transport teams for smooth delivery.

2. Vendor & Agent Coordination

? Manage relationships with

newspaper vendors, traders, and delivery agents

? Resolve complaints regarding

missed deliveries, shortages, or damaged copies

.

? Ensure regular communication on schedule changes, pricing, and promotions.

? Handle grievances and maintain strong relationships.

3.Subscription & Customer Service

? Handle new subscription requests and ensure accurate database management.

? Address customer complaints related to delivery delays or missing issues.

? Implement strategies to retain subscribers and reduce cancellations.

? Coordinate subscription campaigns and renewal the same.

4. Inventory & Record Keeping

? Maintain records of

daily print runs, returns, and unsold copies

.

? Ensure proper

billing and invoicing

for vendors and bulk subscribers

? Minimize waste and returns from the field.

5. Revenue Monitoring

? Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate billing to vendors/subscribers

? Collect circulation-related payments and reconcile accounts.

6. Compliance & Reporting

? Ensure compliance with industry standards & regulations.

? Maintain daily/weekly/monthly circulation reports for management.

? Coordinate with editorial/marketing departments for promotions.

? Maintain daily and monthly report cards for the Circulation team.

? Regularly assess team performance and provide feedback for improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
