Job Description

1. Business and Market Expansion:
? Identify and develop new revenue segments by working closely with the Paints Sales team to meet the Business Development targets
? Develop new channel sales partners & market channels to developing new business opportunities for Industrial Paints
? Travel extensively to meet & establish relationship with the customers and get products approved by the customers
? Perform in-depth market research and competition analysis; prepare and present reports on market trends to improve market strategy
? Conduct Marketing activities & promotional events by increasing brand awareness and visibility enhancement of products
? Primary Growel Point of Contact for the key accounts, and managing relations at all management levels and stakeholders
? To ensure product approval in all tenders & enquiries from the business segment
? Conduct weekly, monthly & quarterly reviews to support sales team in achieving their targets
? Sharing project & technical learnings within the team
2. Supporting the Innovation and R&D team:
? To evaluate market opportunity, conduct market surveys, estimate and validate market potential and feed the R&D team
? To develop relationships with national laboratories and institutes of repute to have Growel product testing
? To propose & coordinate new product developments for customer solutions with the R&D team
