Role & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the printing and packaging industry
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our printing and packaging products and services
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
Analyze market data and trends to inform marketing decisions
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in new and existing markets
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute business development strategies

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the printing and packaging industry
Willing to travel on need basis
Knowledge of printing and packaging industry trends and technologies
Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media platforms
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
