About The Company:
ARA's client is a full service Best Law Firm in Chandigarh India providing legal advice, litigation, taxation, documentation and business incorporation.
The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced associate to join our team as a Commercial Arbitration Attorney and Energy/Power Litigation Associate. As a key member of our litigation practice group, you will be responsible for providing support on a range of legal matters related to Arbitration and Energy litigation. You will work closely with senior attorneys to help manage and oversee the litigation process from inception to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction with regard to all marketing, business development and communications activities.
• Develop, define and disseminate clear positioning the Firm practice pan India.
• Develop the marketing and Business Development components Pan India.
• Maintaining current client relationships and identifying potential clients.
• Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase Firm business.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
• Planning and preparing presentations (Power Point)
• Continuous improvement of the Firms website content (internal and external) and press releases.
• Writing reports.
• Providing feedback on Weekly basis.

Skills Required:

• A minimum of five to seven years experience in a marketing or business development role in a law firm.
• Experience working with partners/senior executives in a professional services firm.
• Previous experience in a managerial role.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare specialized written materials.
• Strong judgment and ability to make well-reasoned independent decisions.
• Self-motivated and independent, able to work with a minimum of supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in marketing, communications (journalism, public relations) - or equivalent work experience. MBAs with law degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5-7 years experience in a marketing or business development role in a law firm.
