Great Opportunity for Business Development Manager for Leading Shipping & Logistics CHA Division.

Location : Thoothukudi.

Salary: Negotiable Based on Experience

Minimum 5-10 years Experience in CHA Sales.

Roles and Responsibility:-

Identify and develop new business opportunities for CHA, import-export documentation, and freight forwarding services.

Meet with importers/exporters, manufacturers, and logistics decision-makers to understand their clearance and transportation needs.

Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, and networking.

Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Participate in logistics expos, trade shows, and industry meets to promote services.

Submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates to the management.

Follow up on outstanding payments with clients.
