Business Development Manager (BDM)
to join our team and help expand our client base globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in domestic and international IT markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored IT solutions.
Generate leads through various channels -- online portals, networking, social media, and industry events.
Prepare and present compelling business proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining consistent growth.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate client and pipeline information.
