Job Description

Job Summary:



Responsible for promoting and selling cattle and poultry feed products to farmers, dealers, and distributors, ensuring revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and approach potential dealers, distributors, and large farms for cattle and poultry feed products.

Generate sales orders and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Conduct field visits to rural markets, agri-shops, and farms.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with farmers, veterinary professionals, and retail partners.

Provide technical guidance on proper feeding practices and product usage.

Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.

3. Market Intelligence

Collect competitor information on pricing, schemes, and product range.

Provide feedback to management for product and marketing strategy improvements.

4. Product Promotion

Organize farmer meetings, product demos, veterinary camps, and promotional events.

Educate customers on feed benefits, nutritional value, and feeding schedules.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of sales visits, dealer interactions, and customer feedback.

Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the sales manager.

6. Collection & Payments

Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers and distributors.

Monitor credit limits and follow up on outstanding dues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
