to join our growing Agency channel sales team. The role involves working closely with financial advisor branches to promote life insurance products, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
This position is ideal for Malayalam speaking candidates who have a passion for field sales, team handling & enjoy travelling to meet clients, and have experience in insurance, banking, NBFC, or other Sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and do Business, as per company requirements .
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
- Act as a relationship manager or Agency manager, guiding clients through the insurance process and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Generate leads through local contact ,referrals, networking, and field sales activities.
- Engage in regular travel to customer locations to build new business opportunities.
- Conduct financial planning discussions and deliver policy presentations, preferably in Tamil for local customer comfort.
- Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to offer comprehensive financial solutions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, policy servicing, and after-sales support to enhance customer retention. Develop and motivate your team to get maximum business.

Pay: ₹265,000.00 - ₹424,000.00 per year
