We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Business Development Manager - Projects
for our SPC Flooring business. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new project business opportunities by engaging with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and project consultants in the Bangalore/ Karnataka region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, contractors, and project consultants.
Promote SPC Flooring products in large commercial, residential, and institutional projects.
Generate and track new business opportunities in the project sales segment.
Understand project requirements and provide customized solutions.
Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
Conduct product presentations, mock-ups, and technical discussions with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, design, logistics) to ensure timely execution of projects.
Regularly update management with market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand market presence in the Hyderabad region.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech/B.Arch/MBA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B or project sales (preferably in flooring, tiles, building materials, or construction industry)
Strong network of architects, interior designers, and builders in the Hyderabad region
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle long sales cycles and large-ticket project deals
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally for business development
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
