We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and growth for our bookkeeping and accounting outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience in the KPO / accounting / financial services domain and a proven record of achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, referrals, etc.)
Pitch bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll services to domestic and international clients
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and service delivery
Maintain CRM reports and achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA with 3-6 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in accounting/KPO industry)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools; familiarity with accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Xero, Tally) preferred
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling international clients
