Business Development Manager (BDM) - US IT Staffing
who can bring
direct Tier-1 client relationships
and drive client acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
US IT staffing sales
, client relationship management, and proven success in building long-term partnerships with direct clients and MSPs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, acquire, and manage
Tier-1 direct clients / MSPs
for US IT staffing services.
Build and maintain
strong client relationships
, ensuring repeat business and long-term engagement.
Understand client requirements and work with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment.
Develop sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones.
Negotiate contracts, rate cards, and business terms with clients.
Achieve revenue and closure targets consistently.
Track market trends, competitor analysis, and generate new opportunities.
Requirements
4-20 years of
proven experience
in US IT Staffing Business Development.
Must have
established Tier-1 client relationships
(Direct Clients / MSPs).
Strong understanding of US hiring processes, compliance, and contracts (W2, 1099, C2C).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (remote/WFH role).
Must be target-driven with a proven track record of closures and revenue generation.
