Business Development Manager (BDM)

Proven experience in B2B / Industrial Product Sales (preferably in the Electrical or Transformer industry).

Strong ability to lead sales projects, expand market reach, and drive business growth.

Excellent coordination skills between clients, production, and internal teams for timely project execution.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and institutional customers.

Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets within assigned territories or segments.

Drive project-based sales for industrial customers and ensure timely execution and delivery.

Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfilment.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to customer requirements. Required Candidate Profile

Strong background in selling engineering or industrial electrical products (e.g., transformers, switchgear, or related equipment).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability in business generation, client management, and team leadership.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Education

UG: B.Tech / B.E. (Electrical), BBA, or B.Com

PG: MBA (Marketing / Sales) or equivalent Key Skills
