Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial interior projects
Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold calls, networking, and digital platforms
Conduct client meetings to understand design requirements, budgets, and timelines
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations
Present design concepts and pricing to clients and negotiate contracts
Convert inquiries into confirmed projects and achieve monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, real estate developers, and channel partners
Track sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction
Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, modular solutions, and execution processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
