Roles & Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Identify potential clients such as developers, contractors, corporates, and government agencies.
Conduct market research to explore new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetups to generate new leads.
2. Client Relationship Management
Develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for all business-related communication.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into projects.
Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term associations.
3. Business Strategy & Planning
Support management in developing business growth strategies and annual sales targets.
Understand market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Provide strategic insights to improve service offerings and market positioning.
4. Proposal Preparation & Documentation
Coordinate with the architectural and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, fee structures, and tender documents.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, prequalification documents, and government empanelment applications.
Draft MoUs, service agreements, and commercial terms for new projects.
5. Marketing & Brand Promotion
Manage digital marketing activities including website updates, social media promotions, and project showcases.
Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, company profiles, presentations, and case studies.
Support in planning and executing brand-building activities and PR events.
6. Coordination With Internal Teams
Work closely with architecture, structural, and MEP teams to understand project capabilities and deliverables.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients and design teams for technical clarifications.
Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for continuous improvement.
7. Project Tracking & Reporting
Track ongoing proposals and maintain records of submitted bids, negotiations, and closures.
Prepare monthly business development reports for management review.
Monitor project progress to identify opportunities for additional services or variations.
8. Revenue Growth & Sales Closure
Negotiate commercial terms, fee proposals, and payment schedules with clients.
Ensure timely closure of deals and signing of work orders/agreements.
Achieve monthly and annual business targets set by the management.
9. Compliance & Documentation
Maintain proper documentation of all client communications, proposals, agreements, and reports.
Support management in compliance requirements such as ISO audits, MSME filings, and statutory documentation related to business development.
10. Additional Responsibilities
Represent the organization in external meetings, conferences, and client presentations.
Suggest continuous improvements for business expansion and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
