Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager with 4 - 7 years of professional experience in sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong business acumen, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. This role involves working from the office and visiting clients onsite regularly to develop new business opportunities and support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
Visit clients onsite regularly to understand their requirements, present solutions, and build strong relationships.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve business targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Maintain and update a database of prospects and client interactions in the CRM system.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt strategies.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and business forecasts.
Travel to client locations as required and represent the company in a professional manner.
Requirements
Minimum 4 - 7 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Willingness to travel frequently for onsite client meetings.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred Skills
Experience in IT industry or digital solutions sector.
Knowledge of market analysis and strategic planning.
Experience in handling key accounts and enterprise-level clients.
