Job Summary:

We're looking for a motivated and energetic International Business Development Executive to join our Kolkata office.

If you have 1-3 years of experience in business development and a passion for international markets, we want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for:

Generating leads

Building strong client relationships

Driving revenue growth

Promoting our cutting-edge IT services

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets

Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet goals

Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients

Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions

Research market trends and analyse competitors

Prepare and present compelling business proposals
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in international business development/sales

Good understanding of IT services: software development, ERP, digital marketing

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with a result-driven approach

Familiarity with international sales and lead generation techniques

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred
