Vacancy 1:

Qualification: HS/Graduate. Job Profile: For Client Data Accumulation / collection and emailing/calling. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Email etc. Must be fluent in English, Hindi & Bengali. Experience: Fresher / 1-2 year experience at data entry centres

Vacancy 2:

Qualification: Candidate should be Certified on Social Media Marketing Course, Should know photoshop, Canva for making marketing contents and designing product content/catalog. Experience: 1-2 Years experience in social media marketing and handling B2B Profiles, Understanding of social media algorithms and having good sense of designing marketing contents and catalogs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the company's revenue.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Act as the primary in-house point of contact for client inquiries.

Prepare and deliver presentations to clients for onboarding with the company.

Generate leads through research, networking, and follow-ups.

Work closely with the operations, marketing team to ensure seamless project execution.

Prepare weekly business development reports and lead generation report.

Analyzing our old data and reach them. Converting them into our business leads through Email.

Whatsapp, Facebook campaign and social media.

Posting content to social media platforms for lead generation

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company objectives.

Conduct competitor and market research to refine content direction.

Build monthly content calendars with posts, campaigns, and engagement plans.

Manage social media interactions by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

Build and maintain an active online community.

Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and escalate when needed.

?10,000.00-12,000.00 per month (or depending on last drawn & experience)

VACANCY 2: Salary:

?18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month (or depending on last drawn & experience)
