Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's real estate projects. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive attitude to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with potential clients. Promote and present real estate projects to clients and investors. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. Follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and site visits. Maintain a strong understanding of company projects, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare and present proposals, client presentations, and sales reports. Ensure excellent customer service and handle client queries effectively.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager. Experience in the

Real Estate sector

will be an added advantage. Strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email drafting).
