Position Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic
Business Development Manager
to drive growth, build partnerships, and generate new business opportunities for Beyond Boundaries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, networking, and creative marketing solutions, with the ability to convert ideas into business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across events, activations, and brand campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and brand managers.
Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and customised event solutions.
Collaborate with the operations and creative teams to design innovative client offerings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and manage end-to-end client communication.
Represent Beyond Boundaries in client meetings, industry events, and networking forums.
Maintain detailed sales reports, lead status, and pipeline management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3-6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing -- preferably in
event management, advertising, or experiential marketing agencies
.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of brand activations, exhibitions, and BTL marketing.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-ground events.

Pay: ₹13,473.96 - ₹30,565.01 per month
