We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the diagnostics sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Manage and follow up with riders regarding their duty roster
- Prepare client feedback reports
- Create new clients by visiting various diagnostic sectors
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, sales, marketing, and administration
- MBA in Management or related field
- Proven track record of business development and sales growth
- Strong network and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Results-driven and target-oriented
