Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and investors.
Generate leads through various channels including networking, site visits, and referrals.
Present, promote, and sell real estate projects to prospective clients.
Conduct meetings, property presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Stay updated with current market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support to clients.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Good understanding of the real estate market (preferred).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹15,000 - ?20,000 per month (Based on experience & skills) Incentives: Performance-based incentives available Office Lunch Cab Service, Pick Up & Drop From Chingrighata.
