Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth by converting student leads into enrollments
Counsel prospective students on courses, learning paths, fees, and career outcomes
Conduct telephonic, video, and in-person counseling sessions
Identify student needs and recommend suitable programs
Follow up on leads provided by marketing and generate self-sourced leads
Maintain accurate data and pipeline in CRM systems
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment/revenue targets
Build long-term relationships to improve student satisfaction and referrals
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
