6. Handing over the Sales team with qualified leads to attaining closure targets.
7. Manage/train a team of Business Development Executives
8. Suggesting & implementing new lead generation methods
9. Following-up on leads
10. Must have good negotiation skills.
11. Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
12. Ability to work under pressure.
Skills & Qualifications:
