Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction and infrastructure projects.
Lead end-to-end business development activities including pre-qualification, bidding, and contract finalization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, government bodies, and key stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects to drive strategic growth.
Coordinate with tender, estimation, engineering, and project teams for proposal preparation.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure profitable business.
Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Management or related field.
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in business development within construction or infrastructure sector.
Strong knowledge of EPC projects, tenders, contracts, and project lifecycle.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong network with clients, consultants, and authorities.
Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in government and private infrastructure projects.
Strong strategic planning and market expansion capabilities
